TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. To enter the Lil Miss Lil Mister child model search competition you must be: UK resident; and 18 years old or over at the time of entry and; the legal guardian of the child you are who will be photographed and whose details will submit with your entry.
2. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Starfish Models.
3. Only one entry per person
4. You can only enter the competition by completing the requisite entry form and allowing your child to be photographed by Big Image Photography Ltd at one of their designated locations.
5. You acknowledge that Big Image Photography Ltd is responsible for passing your entry to Starfish Models. Big Image Photography Ltd will pass all applications on to Starfish Models.
6. You accept that Starfish Models will select winners entirely at their discretion without reference to any third party.
7. If you win a competition, we will notify you by telephone, post or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. All winners will be notified within 3 months of the date of their respective entry.
8. Starfish Models and Big Image Photography Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. You can find out who has won the competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Big Image Photography Ltd, Unit 1, The Bower, Langford Hall, Witham Road, Langford, Essex, CM9 4ST. Only the names of the winners will be provided. No contact details will be provided.
10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Big Image Photography Ltd or Starfish Models may require.
11. A Starfish modelling contract will be offered to the selected winners for a period of one year. Winners are not obligated to accept the terms of the contract. The contract will have no guaranteed monetary value.
12. Whilst Starfish Models use their best endeavours to secure modelling assignments for all children they represent, they cannot guarantee that modelling assignments will transpire as a result of the contract.  
13. Big Image Photography Ltd may select entries at random in the form of a prize draw and those selected entrants will be offered a free photo shoot at a location designated by Big Image Photography Ltd. Such entrants will be notified by telephone or email.
14. Prizes are not transferable to another person.
15. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17. This competition is being run by Big Image Photography Ltd in agreement with Starfish Models.
18. A proportion of the proceeds from competition entry fees may be donated to a charity selected by Big Image Photography Ltd.
19. The copyright of any photograph taken by Big Image Photography Ltd will remain the copyright of Big Image Photography Ltd.
20. Your data may be used by Big Image Photography Ltd to keep you advised  of  special promotions. We may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text or email.
21. Big Image may publish images of the entrants on their website. Parents and guardians entering their children agree to have their child’s name and image posted on the Big ImageStudio.web site. No contact or location details will be published.  
22. The Big Image Lil’ Miss Lil’ Mister promotion begins on the 1st March 2011 and ends on the 31st December 2011
23. Big ImageLil’ Miss Lil’ Winners will receive the following:
a. 1 x 18”x24” face bonded acrylic (list price £298.50)
b. 1 x Platinum Print Pack (list price £375)
c. 1 x 40 page premier album (List price £277.50)
d. 1 x All Image Copyright Free Digital Album (List price £600)
24. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. 
25. All winners may be required to take part in any relevant publicity and products featured in Big Image marketing communications. 
26. Big Image reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. 
27. Big Image reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity. 
28. Copyright in the photographs entered into this promotion remains the property of Big Image, and entrants agree to grant the Big Image  license to use, copy and publish any submitted photograph in any media at the discretion of Big Image. 
29. These terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 
30. Promoter: Big Image Photography Ltd, Big Image is a franchise business therefore participation in this promotion is at the individual studios discretion.
